Synopsis:

This training focuses on the practical implementation of CCSDS and PUS standards. Packet formats are easy to understand based on the standards – you’ll get an overview of the essential parts. However, the integration, verification, and operational aspects are more important. Following the overview of the key concepts like TM/TC and APID, you will get deep insight into practical topics like integration of CCSDS/PUS protocols into your software, designing a whole communication chain for your mission and payload, communication scenarios, which PUS services to choose, paring requests and reports, a how to test communication so that everything is covered, and much more.
